Mississippi Family Law AttorneysEXCHANGE OF CHILDREN IN LIGHT OF MISSISSIPPI'S SHELTER-IN-PLACE ORDER
We at Wright Gregg & Proctor believe visitation orders remain valid during this difficult time. Governor Tate Reeves's recently-signed Executive Order No. 1466 does not prohibit reasonable travel for the purpose of child-exchange before and after visitation periods. If you have questions about the Executive Order's effect on your particular circumstance, we are available for consultation.
We are carefully watching the public health and community concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that we at Wright Gregg & Proctor are taking all available steps to remain accessible to our clients as we continue to act in accord with their best interests. We are open and ready to help. Our attorneys and staff are available to consult by telephone and video chat during regular business hours.
Our firm’s main telephone number has been changed. The new number is (601) 707-0950. Thank you for making note of this change.
